Este evento fez parte da EXPOGEf do Congresso Internacional da Sociedade Brasileira de Geof\u00edsica, sob o patroc\u00ednio oficial da SBGf, HALLIBURTON e NVIDIA. O principal objetivo do Hackathon foi promover uma discuss\u00e3o frut\u00edfera sobre o emprego de modernas t\u00e9cnicas e ferramentas computacionais na solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas geof\u00edsicos. Diversas equipes participaram do evento, formadas por alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea de geoci\u00eancias de diversas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, a exemplo da UFF, UNB, CEFET, UFPA e UENF. O problema a ser resolvido pelas equipes era de gerar um cubo s\u00edsmico 3D a partir de algumas linhas 2D (inlines, crosslines e randomlines). A equipe do LENEP\/UENF, sob lideran\u00e7a do Prof. Dr. Fernando Moraes, composta pelos alunos de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o Allan de Franco, Igor Barbosa, Luciano Pereira, Pedro Canha\u00e7o e R\u00f4mulo Carvalho, se destacou e ganhou a competi\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s implementar, em Python, uma interpola\u00e7\u00e3o 3D utilizando t\u00e9cnicas avan\u00e7adas de machine learning.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sharing-box fusion-sharing-box-1 boxed-icons has-taglines layout-floated layout-medium-floated layout-small-floated\" style=\"background-color:rgba(244,242,242,0.58);--awb-layout:row;--awb-alignment-small:space-between;\" data-title=\"HACKA.GEO\" data-description=\"&nbsp;\r\n\r\nO HACKA.GEO 2019 foi um evento que aconteceu de 18 a 22 de agosto e reuniu pessoas interessadas em resolver problemas de geoci\u00eancias com ferramentas computacionais modernas e abertas.
